Hack & Slash Platformer Beyond-Human Coming To PS Vita

2Souls Interactive has announced that its hack & slash platformer Beyond-Human is coming to PS Vita and PS4 in 2017.

Beyond-Human is inspired by Metroid, Megaman and Devil May Cry and will have a classic open-world Metroidvania style with a deep hack and slash combat system and a 16-bit pixel art design.

Set in a post-apocalyptic world following a devastating alien invasion, you will take control of silent protagonist Adam who wakes up from coma in 2099 and suffers from amnesia. The story revolves around solving the mysterious who or what has created the world’s chaos.

Beyond-Human will feature 5 different locations, 5 Boss battles, 10+ mini-boss battles and 30+ unlockable gun modes & melee moves.

Beyond-Human is due to release for PS Vita and PS4 with Cross-Buy support in 2017.

(scoffs) No wonder why PlayStation Vita isn’t doing so well. Garbage like this is what’s really holding it back.

Sony, Publishers, and Developers PLEASE give PlayStation Vita another chance. Trust me, it deserves one.
