Civilization Revolution 2 Plus Coming To PS Vita In North America & Europe On December 3

2K Games has announced via the PlayStation blog that its turn-based strategy game Civilization Revolution 2 Plus is coming to the PS Vita in North America and Europe on December 3, 2015 digitally via the PlayStation Network.

Civilization Revolution 2 Plus is based on the mobile version of Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution 2 which was released in 2014 and will be fully optimized for the PS Vita with a number of new introduced scenarios, units and world leaders from Japan’s history.

In the scenario “Journey to the West”, you will use TaiZong against Saladin (AI) to capture Byzantium. Other scenarios like “Wrath of Emperor Kublai”, “Samurai Invasion of Korea”, “Z-flag Swirls”, and “Dark Clouds in the Pacific” all take place at different points in Japanese history.

The following Japanese leaders will be introduced in the game:

Oda Nobunaga: Focused on medieval era/samurai bonus
Heihachiro Togo: Naval combat related bonuses
Himiko: More diplomatic related, governmental related bonuses

New Japanese units include the Yamato battleship, the heaviest and most powerfully armed battleship ever constructed, and will feature improved attack strength but at the cost of compromised defense capability.
