Digimon World: Next Order PS Vita Version Not Coming West, Only For PS4

The former PS Vita exclusive Digimon World: Next Order which was released in Japan in March 2016 is not coming to the PS Vita in the west. Bandai Namco has announced at the Tokyo Game Show 2016 that Digimon World: Next Order is only coming to the PS4 in early 2017.

Yesterday, a rating of Digimon World: Next Order for the PS4 has shown up via the Brazilian Advisory Rating System and we still assumed, that the PS Vita version will make it to the west as well. But Bandai Namco has decided to skip the original PS Vita version in favor to a newly created PS4 version for western territories.

This is a huge disappointment for the PS Vita and all its loyal fans and for all who bought Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth to show Bandai Namco their support for the PS Vita. If you are disappointed as we are, let Bandai Namco know on Facebook, Twitter and on YouTube.

Update: If you still want to see the game on the PS Vita, sign the petition to Bandai Namco that hopefully they will change their mind.
