Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD Limited Physical PS Vita Release Available Today

The limited physical PS Vita release of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD is available today exclusively at Limited Run Games. The first batch of games is available at 10AM EST following a second batch at 6PM EST.

The limited physical PS Vita release release features a double-sided reversible cover art and a fold-out map of the game world (included outside the game box). The game will sell for $29.99 with only 4,500 copies available.

In addition to the standard edition, a third “blue” cover variant was produced for PlayStation Experience earlier this month. Only 1,000 of this variant exist. The leftovers from this variant will be sold today. 70% of the leftovers will be sold in a triple pack bundle featuring all three sealed cover variants – the remaining stock will be randomly shipped out to those who buy the standard edition. A very small quantity will be sold in a charity auction at a later date.

Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath HD is the critically acclaimed remaster of the 2005 Xbox classic, Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath. The Vita version was originally released in 2012. Players take the role of the Stranger and follow his efforts to capture wanted outlaws and claim the bounties on them.
