Accel World VS Sword Art Online Gets New Screenshots Showcasing City & More Characters

Bandai Namco has released new screenshots for its upcoming crossover action RPG Accel World VS Sword Art Online: Millennium Twilight for PS Vita and PS4, showcasing the Floating City of Ryne and more characters.

Accel World characters will fight using acceleration and special abilities while Sword Art Online characters will make us of flight, swords, and magic. Cyan Pile has the “Pile Bunker” as special ability to attack enemies from a long distance and Ash Roller can use her motorbike to move around and unleash charge attacks.

The Floating City of Ryne acts as the base where the accelerated and virtual worlds intersect. In the shopping area you will find everything you need for the adventure, including weapons and tools. In the Cafeteria, adventurers can talk with their friends as well as to spend time together to deepen ties. The Fountain Plaza is located outside of the neon town where you can meet with your allies before an adventure or spend your off-time there. A mysterious facility is floating in the sky which looks to be like some kind of floating island.

We also get to see several characters from both series: Sinon, Yuki and Leafa from Sword Art Online, and Ash Roller, Cyan Pyle and Sky Raker from Accel World.

Accel World VS Sword Art Online: Millennium Twilight will be released for the PS Vita and PS4 in Japan on March 16, 2017.
