Assault Android Cactus PS Vita Development Halted, Unlikely To Resume

Witch Beam has revealed that the development of the PS Vita version of Assault Android Cactus has been halted and is unlikely to resume.

When asked by the user LRG on Twitter if the game is still coming to PS Vita, the developer said “Unfortunately development stalled and is unlikely to resume at this point. We’re not happy about this but will announce if anything changes”.

Assault Android Cactus was revealed at Gamescom 2013 as a cross-buy title for PS Vita and PS4 but only made it to PS4 on March 8, 2016. The PS Vita version was still promised to be out at a later date but now it seems it will never see the light of the day.

For those who are not familiar, Assault Android Cactus is a twin stick shooter featuring various playable androids with unique weapon sets and play styles, dynamic stages, and giant robot bosses.
