Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story Coming To PS Vita, PS4 & Switch

A few days ago, the Kickstarter campaign for Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story has reached its PS Vita and PS4 stretch goal which means that the cyberpunk horror game will be coming to PlayStation consoles. Only a few hours ago, the Switch stretch goal has been hit as well which means it’s also coming to Nintendo’s hybrid console.

Publisher Top Hat Studios announced in an Kickstarter Update that they have reached a tentative understanding with Eastasiasoft to produce physical copies for PS Vita, provided they are able to demonstrate the game functioning well on PS Vita hardware. The publisher is also working on other console physical editions.

Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story is a 2.5D adventure game inspired by Clock Tower and Fatal Frame. With careful attention to pacing, atmosphere and storytelling, Sense hopes to return the horror genre to its roots; celebrating the slow, fearful creep of dread instead of relying on over the top action and jump scares. The ghosts – as glitches on our reality – act as spiritual and paranormal threats, not monsters to be killed. The horror of our story comes from atmosphere and storytelling, not loud sound and artificial effects.

Sense: A Cyberpunk Ghost Story is scheduled to release in June 2019.
