Assassin’s Creed Chronicles Coming To PS Vita?

According to the listing of the spanish online retailer XtraLife.es, Assassin’s Creed Chronicles is coming on November 19 to PS Vita.

No official announcement has meen made by Ubisoft yet so we’ll have wait and see if Assassin’s Creed Chronicles will be heading to Sony’s mobile console.
