Arc System Works’ visual novel XBlaze Code: Embryo is coming to PS Vita and PS3 in Europe on September 18, 2015.

XBlaze Code: Embryo is a new type of visual novel from the creators and publisher of the BlazBlue series, set 150 years before the events in BlazBlue. Take on the role of high school student Touya Kagari and join him on his exciting journey.

The visual novel features beautiful Japanese animation and manga artwork, famous manga voice actors including Tomokazu Sugita and Akira Ishida, unlockable graphic art, movies and music and a total of 14 episodes with 11 different routes and endings for over 30 hours of gameplay.

XBlaze Code: Embryo will be released for PS Vita and PS3 in Europe on September 18, 2015 physically and digitally via the PlayStation Network by Funbox Media.

In North America the visual novel has been published by Aksys Games in 2014.
