Blue Reflection Gets New Screenshots & First Trailer Showing Giant Creatures & More

Gust has released the first trailer, new screenshots and details for its upcoming RPG Blue Reflection: Sword of the Girl Dancing in Illusion for PS Vita and PS4.

The world in Blue Reflection is threatened by an invasion from mysterious giant creatures called “Progenitors”. Hinako and the other Reflectors will need to power up in order to be able to fight these creatures. By equipping crystallized emotions called Fragments, attack power and defense of the Reflectors will be increased.

When Hinako isn’t fighting in the Other World, she is attending an all-girls school like a normal high school student. After waking up in the morning, she normally is going to school to meet up with other students. While at school, special events during class and lunch breaks occur. Occasionally, you get questioned by other students and depending on your answers, the “Interaction Level” will change meaning how close you are with the said student.

When school is out, you can decide what you want to do in your free time. You either can hang out with other students to become closer, create items, or fix problems by going into the Other World. The day will end when you finish at school and go back home to sleep. Depending on your actions throughout the daily cycle, your friendship with other students will change.

The popular “FuriSupe” smartphone app is used by Hinako and the others to check out friend profiles, chat with other girls, play mini-games, and more.

Blue Reflection: Sword of the Girl Dancing in Illusion will be released for PS Vita and PS4 in Japan on March 30, 2017.
