Romancing SaGa 3 Remastered Heading West After Romancing SaGa 2 Western Release

The SaGa team has revealed on Twitter that Romancing SaGa 3 will be heading west after the western PS Vita release of Romancing SaGa 2.

Here is their tweet on Twitter:

We will make western version RS3. It will be after the Japanese version. But, at first, RS2 Vita for West. I want your patience, please.

The localization of Romancing SaGa 2 is still in development for the PS Vita. The game features updated character, background and battle graphics, and the “Class” and “Original” dungeon” from the 2010 mobile version of the game.

The remastered version of Romancing SaGa 3 will have redesigned characters, backgrounds and system menus as well as new controls optimized for the PS Vita. Originally released in 1995, Romancing SaGa 3 is an RPG where the player chooses from 8 main protagonists to play as, each with their own story and playstyle.

Romancing SaGa 2 was released for the PS Vita in Japan on March 24, 2016. A release date for Romancing SaGa 3 in Japan has not been announced yet.
