Yacht Club Games has announced that Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment will be coming to the PS Vita in North America on April 25, 2017 as a free available download for Shovel Knight.

Shovel Knight: Specter of Torment is a prequel to Shovel Knight where you play through Spector Knight’s own story with new areas, new music, new enemies, new objects, new boss fights, new weapons, new armors and lots more.

The European release is currently scheduled for April 2017 TBD.
