Implosion Heading To Nintendo Switch

The smartphone hack-and-slash action game Implosion will be heading to Nintendo Switch in Japan via the Nintendo eShop in July 2017 for 1,111 yen, revealed in the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu.

Developed by Rayark (Deemo, Cytus), Implosion puts players in control of the “WM-III” battle suit to fight using skills and stylish attacks. Controls are held simple: the Y button is used for consecutive attacks while the X button is used for heavy attacks.

Actions will change depending on the timing of the attack. By equipping “Arks,” which you will obtain during the game, you can strengthen the “WM-III” and create your preferred battle suit.

A western release has not been announced but as the smartphone game is already available in the west, it’s likely that the Nintendo Switch version will be heading west as well.
