SteamWorld Dig 2 Coming To Switch In 2017, Possibly Later To PS Vita & 3DS

Image & Form Games has announced that SteamWorld Dig 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch in Early Summer/Late Fall 2017.

According to the developer, SteamWorld Dig 2 is pretty much finished now and that they only will take a few months to polish the game. The final release date will be announced after their summer vacations.

Image & Form Games also revealed that PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS are still important to them, although they did not talk about versions for these platforms, fans can rest assured that the developer has not forgotten where they came from.

SteamWorld Dig 2 is the sequel to the award-winning SteamWorld Dig where a lone steambot and her unlikely companion search for their lost friend. In the platform mining adventure, the two must dig deep and explore an underworld riddled with danger. But time is running short…

    Really hope this makes it over to Vita Island shores. The other two Steamworld games are great and I am sure this will be no exception.
