Metagal Coming To PS Vita & PS4

Ratalaika Games has revealed that they are working on a port of Metagal for PS Vita and PS4.

Metagal is a 2D retro action-platformer where you play as the cyborg girl “Meta” on her quest to rescue her creator Dr. Ray from the hands of the evil “General Creeper”. Metagal’s sisters were also kidnapped and turned into battle cyborgs by Creeper who tries to use their powers to overtake the world. Meta must search for her sisters, free them and copy their abilities to fight Creeper and his evil army.

Metagal features classic jump and shoot action, 8 stages with unique environments, 30 different enemy types, boss fights, secret items to power up your character, and a soft death penalty “Gear” system that lets resolve mistakes with less frustration.

Metagal is expected to release for PS Vita and PS4 in early 2018.
