First Look At Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] On The PS Vita

Thanks to PQube, Handheld Players takes a first look at the upcoming Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] on the PS Vita.

Developed by French-Bread, Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] is a 2D fighing game featuring 20 playable characters, 19 different stages to battle on and various gameplay modes:

• Arcade
  In Arcade Mode, you can follow the arcade story. Choose a character and fight against the incoming enemies and clear all 10 stages to finish.
• Chronicles
  Here you can enjoy prologue scenarios. By clearing early scenarios, you gain access to other scenarios later in the game.
• Versus
  In Versus Mode, you can freely choose your character, stage, and background music to fight against AI and other players.
• Network
  Fight against other players online.
• Ad Hoc
  Fight against other PS Vita players via ad hoc.
• Score Attack
  Score points by fighting battles. You can select your first opponent and challenge incoming enemies on 10 stages. Your final score can be uploaded into the rankings.
• Time Attack
  In this mode, you have to win battles as fast as you can. You can choose your first oponent and your final score can be uploaded into the rankings.
• Survival
  In Survival Mode, you fight against waves of opponents and stack wins until your VIT gauge goes empty. Depending on the results, you will regenerate a small amount VIT. Your win streak can be uploaded into the rankings.
• Training
  Practice different moves and techniques.
• Tutorial
  In the Tutorial, you learn the game rules and battle tactics based on difficulty levels. The mode features lessons for Beginners, Intermediates, Experts, and Veterans.
• Mission
  Challenge yourself with character combos. The difficulty levels are set for each combo challenge. Cou can also access and learn basic techniques.

In our gameplay video, you can see several fights in Versus and Score Attack mode. Due to copyrights, we can’t show the Story Modes in the video.

Under Night In-Birth Exe:Late[st] will be released for PS Vita in North America and Europe on February 9, 2018 as a digital download title via the PlayStation Store.
