Developer Carlos Coronado and Undercoders have announced that the survival horror game Infernium is coming soon to Nintendo Switch. Published by Undercoders, Infernium is set to release in North America and Europe late March/early April via the Nintendo eShop for a suggested price of $24.95 / €22.95.
In Infernium, players control a wanderer, punished to die over and over again in hell. While playing the game you won’t be able to kill or damage most of the enemies but at the same time running away without a second though is not the solution. While being chased you will need to think and reconsider your strategy and open hidden shortcuts, while the world and its lore will unfold around you in a non-linear way making each playthrough diferent.
Instead of jumpscares, the game focuses on making the player feel anxiety with constant tension through gameplay. That’s what is diferent from other survival horror games. Also, dying is not free on Infernium; there will be consequences when you die.
- 17 interconnected non-linear levels.
- Survival horror gameplay
- Multiple endings
- New Game +
- Photo Mode
