Agatha Knife Launches On Nintendo Switch On April 26, 2018

Mango Protocol has announced that its dark and satirical narrative adventure Agatha Knife will launch on Nintendo Switch on April 26, 2018 for $11.99. It is now available for preorder on the Nintendo eShop in North America and on April 14, 2018 in Europe and Australia with a 17% discount.

Agatha is a seven-year-old insomniac torn between her friendship with the animals in her mother’s butcher shop and her love for eating steaks and sausages. While searching for an answer to this conundrum, Agatha quickly discovers religion and realizes it could just be the tool she needs to quash the animals’ fear of death.

Join Agatha as she undertakes the challenge of creating a new religion of her own, Carnivorism, to convince the animals that the sacrifice of their flesh is the secret to eternal happiness.

Riddled with nuance, Agatha Knife utilizes dark humor to explore often controversial topics like religion and vegeterianism. Created with fully hand-crafted art, this adventure is around 6-8 hours long in gameplay. The game includes 30 achievements and allows to seamlessly change between touchscreen and controller modes while playing on Switch.

Agatha Knife was released last year on Steam where it has 97% of positive reviews. The game also won the Excellence in Narrative Award on BICFest 2017 and was selected finalist of the Diversity Award on TIGA Awards 2017.
