Muv-Luv Trilogy Still On Track For PS Vita In The West

Degica Games today confirmed that the Muv-Luv Trilogy is still on track for PS Vita in the west and that it won’t be cancelled.

Here is what they have said on Kickstarter:

We’re aware many people have been waiting for the PS Vita games, while we cannot give any definite date yet, we can reassure everyone that Degica will always support the PS Vita! We already have released cool games, and more to come 🙂

The publisher, which is specialized in localizing Japanese games for the global market, recently released Nurse Love Addiction on PS Vita in North America and Europe and in 2016 the classic shoot’em up DARIUSBURST Chronicle Saviours.

Degica Games further said:

The majority of our PS Vita backers pledged for the physical rewards with a PC digital, so delivering the physical rewards as soon as possible is our top priority. We’ll immediately resume porting to PS Vita once Muv-Luv Alternative PC version is completed.

Muv-Luv, which consists of Muv-Luv Extra, Muv-Luv Unlimited and Muv-Luv Alternative,  is one of the most acclaimed Visual Novel series from Japan. Penned by the successful author of Kimi ga Nozumu Eien (Rumbling Heart Kiminozo), the Muv-Luv series started as a high school romance Visual Novel game in 2003, but quickly evolved into an epic science fiction based saga featuring an alternate world, giant aliens, mecha robots, and a complex cast of characters.

In Japan, the Muv-Luv Triology was released on January 21, 2016.
